May 15th @ 2 – 4 pm

Switchpoint and the Community Soup Kitchen are having their 5th Annual Golf Tournament at Sand Hollow Resort Championship golf course.  This is a great way to help the community while enjoying a relaxing game of golf!

14th Annual Chamber Classic Golf Tournament
May 17th @ 7 am – 3 pm

Brought to you by Intermountain Audiology and The Sound of Life Foundation, the 14th Annual Chamber Golf Classic has had perfect golfing weather 11 years in a row, and this year’s tournament is scheduled to be on ‘par’ to be another ‘hole in one!’  Get your clubs out!

GOTR Southern Utah Spring 5K is open to the public, join us May 20th and celebrate our young community of confident girls.  The 5K is a non-competitive event that will bring a smile to your face! You will be so glad you joined us!

Sound of Life Foundation – Search For Sound
May 20th @ 9:30 am – 12:30 pm

Join us at Town Square Park for our family-friendly timed scavenger hunt.  St. George Search for Sound benefits the Sound of Life Foundation, a non-profit organization, which provides hearing healthcare to those in our community who would otherwise not be able to afford it.

7th Annual Equality Celebration with Equality Utah
May 20th @ 6 – 9 pm

Join the local movement for equality in Southern Utah! Though there are many challenges to full equality for our LGBTQ friends and family, “Don’t Stop Believing” that working together, we can make a difference. We are delighted to welcome Cleavage, featuring Minerva Shot and Lisa G as our Equality Celebration talent. They are an amazing duo who will bring the “Don’t Stop Believing” theme to life with an homage to ’80s rock.

On the first Friday night of every month, Historic Downtown St. George transforms into a multi-stage outdoor concert venue and street market. Georgefest celebrates the best of southern Utah and is nightlife you can get excited about!

Downtown Farmers Market
Every Saturday starting May 13th @ 8 am – 12 pm

The Downtown Farmers Market at Ancestor Square features a variety of vendors selling seasonal produce such as fruits and vegetables, free range beef, pork, and lamb, cheeses such as goat, feta, gouda and cheddar, free range organic eggs, local honey, granola, live plants, herbs, fabric goods, soaps & lotions, jewelry, woodwork, hot coffee, pastries and more.  Anything and everything homegrown, homemade and/or locally produced.  SUPPORT LOCAL FIRST!

Hurricane Mud Run
May 13th @ 8 am

What is the Hurricane Mud Run? We are Southern Utah’s Premier Mud Run. Our course will run approximately 5K with obstacles, mud and lots of FUN! This event is for everyone – single runners, families, teams. You can skip any obstacle you want. Hit them all or miss them all. It’s entirely up to you.

5th Annual 1940’s USO style Hangar Dance
May 13th @ 6:30 – 10:30 pm

Western Sky Aviation Warbird Museum will once again be hosting their annual swing dance! Come listen and dance to the great music of the 1940’s. There will be vintage 1940’s dress (not required, but encouraged), photo ops, prizes for best 1940’s costume, and hits from Glenn Miller, Andrews Sisters, Les Goodman and more! We hope you can join us in this commemoration of a timeless piece of history!
