Different programs exist to help a variety of individuals. All services can be accessed through central offices. All services are employment focused to help people find jobs and overcome barriers to employment.

Services: Utah’s Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Primary Care Network (PCN), Medicaid, employment program for single parent and two- parent households when one parent is disabled, job referral and placement, child care assistance, Easter Seals (job placement for those 55 yrs. or older and low income), and job skills workshop.

Eligibility: Must be income eligible Single parent can be working or going to school, married couples must both be employed.

Fees: Sliding scale based on income.

Hours: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM , Monday - Thursday, closed state and federal holidays
