Page 10 – Southern Utah Nonprofits – Three Corners Women’s Giving Circle

Three Corners Women’s Giving Circle is a local group of women that wanted to make a difference and so they came together and made it happen.  One of the founding members Stephanie Martini heard of other giving circles and wanted to create something similar here.  After talking with a couple other women in the area and getting a good response they went ahead with it, and in May of 2013 they setup the Three Corners Women’s Giving Circle.  In the 2 years that they have been going they have already donated almost $25,000 to local charities in our community.

We love that ‘have an idea, and go do it attitude’ that makes Southern Utah so great.  Welcome to the community and congratulations on everything that you have already accomplished in such a relatively short period of time.

Lil Barron is one of those people who is always quick to share a smile and her time with anybody who needs it.  She’s involved with the Red Rock Rotary Club, Hunstman World Senior Games, Recovery Outreach, Big Brothers Big Sisters, St. George Marathon, Ironman, Habitat For Humanity of SW Utah’s ReStore, Human Services Council, and Utah Business Women.  Even with that list she still finds time to fit in a little extra volunteering, like helping prepare meals at Solomon’s Porch on Sundays.

We’re not entirely sure how she has time for all of that, but thank you from Southern Utah Cares and from all those that you have served and touched in our community.
